The Chief of Staff (CoS) will report directly to the CEO, Nestle Health Science, U.S (NHSc). The CoS will play a key role in helping to organize, drive, and execute the financial and strategic priorities of the business. The CoS will partner closely with the entire executive leadership team, and will represent the CEO of NHSc on critical initiatives. The CoS will also ensure high levels of accountability across the executive team by developing and implementing appropriate controls, processes, and reporting mechanisms. Finally, the CoS will develop fluency across numerous parts of the business over time including P&L management, supply chain operations, marketing and promotion, and organizational design while working to ensure collaboration and flawless execution in all areas of responsibility.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with the CEO, NHSc U.S. to identify strategic priorities for the business and implement processes to ignite profitable growth, fuel innovation, and drive efficiencies within the organization
- Serve as a liaison and conduit between the CEO, NHSc, and the broader Nestle organization
- Own the project management of key initiatives by providing strategic direction, managing project timelines, and ensuring that deliverables are met
- Provide regular progress updates to CEO, NHSc U.S. and provide regular feedback to team members and key stakeholders
- Generate data analytics that can be used in strategic decision making and the implementation of action plans
- Leverage storytelling expertise to create compelling presentations and coordinate the collection of information for board/ executive meetings, internal town halls, and other events critical to informing and inspiring key business stakeholders
- Develop strong partnerships with cross functional teams and ensure alignment with goals, directions and deliverables.
- Coordinate and liase CEO engagement with organization in the development of an integrated US NHS culture, partnering with key functions such as communications
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5-10 years of experience in a consultative/leadership capacity
- Ideally candidate will have commercial experience in existing category focus: VMHS, Consumer Products, Pharma, Medical Nutrition
- 5 years of experience with project management and data analytics, especially in CPG, consumer, and/or pharma industries
- Bachelor’s degree in related discipline from an accredited institution required; MBA/Master’s degree preferred
