POSITION SUMMARY:
The Analyst - eBusiness is a critical team member in driving our efforts across customers and the internal organization for the Nestle Professional online business. This role has the accountability for delivering timely reporting, actionable analysis and business insights used across the total team pertaining to all areas of eCommerce. This role is also responsible for Amazon ordering accuracy, financial accuracy, and KPI reporting.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build Standardized and Ad Hoc Reports/Analysis for eCommerce customers
- Create and update trackers for all business KPIs – e.g. sales, market share, share of search, pricing, distribution/availability, content accuracy (using combination of resources like Retailer specific data, Power BI reporting, Amazon Retail Analytics, third party/vendor supplied data) and communicate findings, conclusions and recommendations to stakeholders
- Perform post program analysis for merchandising and promotional programs on all Amazon platforms and present learnings and recommendations to stakeholders
- Assist Director and Key Account Managers in business review/presentations preparations and ad hoc requests (e.g. GAP analysis)
- Directly support Amazon Account Manager on Amazon ordering accuracy, financial accuracy, and KPI reporting.
- Directly support eBusiness team to develop and provide impactful internal and external eCommerce growth materials
- Collaborate with eCommerce Digital team to ensure all catalog/new item set up for all Amazon platforms, are completed in a timely manner. Monitor item execution at Amazon sites and reporting platforms to ensure all info and set-up is accurate. Work with Amazon to address any errors.
- Work closely with Center of Scale team to prioritize actions on various Amazon reporting ( e g - Lost Buy Box, Unavailable ASIN, Purchase Order Omission)
- Support Amazon account manager with weekly customer facing calls
- Work closely with CSA (Customer Solution Analysts) in BSc (Business Solution Center) team
REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL:
o Bachelors degree preferred
EXPERIENCE:
- 2-3 years experience in conducting quantitative analysis of business data and/or Field sales, specific experience in analyzing promotional programs using multiple evaluation criteria and laddering findings from individual program analysis into bigger picture insights and recommendations to improve business performance and strategies.
- Experience in creating, designing and maintaining action-oriented business scorecards, and leveraging them to drive necessary action from other team members
- Experience in creating and presenting fact-based, concise, and compelling business cases/presentations to all levels in organization (e.g. VP/Director)

- Initiative (must demonstrate ability to provide value added analytical work based on own understanding of business needs/impactors vs just providing what is asked for)
- Integrity (provides objective point of view and ensures accuracy in details of their work/analysis)
- Communication (demonstrates confidence; able to make clear and concise presentations/recommendations to all levels of organization)
- Excellent/Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Amazon Seller Central/Vendor Central experience preferred
