Position Summary
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE
NO MANUFACTURING EXPERIENCE:
- Communicate with supply person so that there is always an adequate supply of ingredients.
- Consistently hand weighs the specified number of packages per minute.
- Minimal lifting- repetitious work environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
6 MOS MANUFACTURING EXPERIENCE:
- Set-up area with necessary equipment in timely manner and assist with Line set-up.
- Double check commodity codes of all ingredients before using to ensure correct ingredients are being used.
- Complete all paperwork legibly and accurately and in a timely manner including any required HACCP paperwork and ensure that paperwork is delivered to the prescribed location at shifts end.
- Check all scales used to ensure they are weighing properly before batching ingredients.
- Reading, basic math and computer skills required
- Basic mechanical skills (i.e. correct use of wrenches, drivers, pliers, and lubrication techniques).
- Other duties as assigned.

Education:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
