Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Cashier / Customer Service representative. As a cashier, you will play a key role in ensuring excellent customer service by accurately processing transactions, providing support, and maintaining a clean and organized checkout area. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to engage with customers, answering questions, and assisting with their needs.Pay Range:
$17.50 - $27.00 hourly

Responsibilities:
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, including restocking merchandise as needed
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information on product availability, prices, and promotions
- Handle customer complaints or concerns and escalate to management when necessary
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling
- Ability to multitask and handle high volumes of customers
- Basic computer skills
