Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team. As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be critical in this role, as you will be handling various administrative tasks and assisting with office management duties. Pay Range:

$17.50 - $29.00  hourly

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and records
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel
  • Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings, events, and appointments
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and faxes
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
  • Support the procurement process by monitoring and ordering office supplies

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Detail-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple deadlines
