JOB OVERVIEW
Responsible for client on-boarding and implementation of product platform, integration, software testing, and training. This role is responsible for management of implementation projects of a technical and non-technical nature.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Work with client project manager to understand client's needs and provide technical, operational and product consultancy.
- Responsible for guiding workflow design, building and testing the system, and analyzing other technical issues associated with our software identifying and implementing requested changes.
- Provide end-to-end project management and execution throughout processing implementation projects including certification, project launch, pilot testing, etc.
- Provide technical, business consulting and product expertise to customers enabling comprehensive solutions to be delivered to the market.
- Gather application requirements and technical knowledge to design and build product integrations from UAT to Go Live.
- Handle multiple implementation projects in parallel.
- Serve as a consultant and subject matter expert to clients and internal teams to provide technical expertise.
- Work together with customers to facilitate smooth implementations.
- Serve as a training point of contact for designated group of new clients, including complex enterprise clients.
- Work with client to ensure configuration of database is completed prior to end-user training.
- Deliver standard implementation activities ensuring quality and reliability of the implementations.
- Provide go-live support to clients.
- Post go-live, assist clinicians/providers with application and workflow questions, prior to transition to support.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, project management, or equivalent practical experience in technical or engineering field.
- 0-3 years of relevant work experience.
- 0-3 years project management experience, preferably healthcare information technology field.
- 0-3 years experience interfacing directly with corporate clients to understand their business needs, create solutions, and drive implementation of software products.
- Knowledge and experience with PSA tools, Project Planning, Resource Capacity, Budget Tracking, and overall Project Implementation Leadership
- Strong track record of launching SaaS applications.
- Demonstrated ability and eagerness to learn new technical skills quickly.
- Strong understanding of complex technology concepts.
- 0-3 years experience building integrations and APIs, preferred
- Knowledge of and experience with Allscripts and/or Cerner, preferred

This role will work closely with key departmental and project stakeholders across the organization. Therefore, the ability to work collaboratively and effectively with all levels of management and staff within the organization is a key priority in this role. No supervisory responsibilities are required for this position.
