JOB OVERVIEW
Assist in the production requirements of converting current customer facilities into operational users of Net Health’s products and services. Work with internal departments to ensure consistent customer product delivery, as well as maintenance.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Responsible for various aspects of implementation, accurate installation and configuration of customer sites.
• Input accurate facility details (contact, connection, and technical details) into NetSuite.
• Schedule tasks for IT Operations team.
• Serve as a knowledge resource to the Customer Support on an as-needed basis to assist in resolution of cases and month-end close assistance.
• Create and maintain technical documentation to assist customers in understanding system requirements and implementation process.
• Create and maintain internal procedures and documentation around any changes or new additions to the migration tasks and requirements.
• Create and maintain SQL scripting to facilitate the inbound or outbound exchange of data between third party applications.
• Fulfill client request for custom data extracts from Net Health databases.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or equivalent required. BA/BS in Computer Science a plus.
• 1 years of customer service experience.
• 2 years SQL scripting/data knowledge
• Knowledge of general business practices, procedures, and processes in a customer data environment.
• Ability to trouble-shoot, recommend and/or resolve customer issues.

INTERACTION:
This role will work closely with key departmental and project stakeholders across the organization. Therefore, the ability to work collaboratively and effectively with all levels of management and staff within the organization is a key priority in this role. No supervisory responsibilities required for this position.
