- Utilize EMR system (Point Click) to document patient information and updates.
- Monitor vital signs of patients regularly.
- Administer medications and injections as prescribed.
- Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
- Change dressings and provide wound care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to address common patient diagnoses, including dementia, chronic diseases, and diabetes.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents in long-term care.
