Job Title: Risk Analyst
Location: New York, NY
Duration: 6 months with possible extension
Job Responsibilities:
- Working knowledge of financial products (e.g., stocks, bonds, financial sector funds, IRAs, 401ks, etc.)
- High degree of attention to detail and organization
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to discreetly handle sensitive and confidential information
- Solid Excel skills is a plus (e.g., basic pivot tables, basic formulas and queries)
- Previous working experience as a paralegal is a plus.
- Be part of the accounts management team of the Personal Trading Compliance Program.
- Assist with statement uploads process.
- Track open items.
- Review and resolve errors from statement uploads.
- Follow-up with employees as needed.
- Review and approve new investment accounts submitted by employees.
- Communicate with employees, vendor, and brokers as needed.
- Provide data entry support for personal trading projects.
- Provide support on ad hoc projects related to the PTCP as needed.
- Help maintain accuracy and confidentiality of employees’ personal trading data and account information.
- Identify opportunities for enhancement.
