IN A NUTSHELL…
The Trim Technician 2 role is fast paced and challenging role in the Harvest department. They work with a small team of 10-12 trimmers and are responsible for the steady flow of dry trimming, batch packaging, EZ Trimming and joint grinding production each day. Other Trim Technician 2 tasks may include desticking and harvesting duties.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Follow NETA Policies & Procedures for the daily operations and fully comply with state medical marijuana regulations- Work closely with Trim Supervisors to produce top quality finished flower
- Adheres to weekly production requirements set by Supervisors
- Operating the EZ Trim machine
- Batch packaging including taking lab samples
- Dry trimming including separating byproducts
- Grinding joint material using the Mobius Joint Grinder
- Works in a timely manner and strives to increase productivity
- Maintains time and attendance and all other conduct related requirements at all times
- Cleans equipment thoroughly
- Maintains an organized work area
- All other duties as assigned
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS YOU’LL BRING
Required
- 6 months experience at NETA
- Age 21 or over
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Government-Issued Photo ID
Preferred
- Cannabis Industry experience
- 6 months Trim Technician I experience
- Ability to focus and be task oriented
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team member
- Ability to keep organized and have extreme attention to detail

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Requires the ability to sit or stand for 10 hours per shift- Requires consistent hand eye coordination, and excellent hand dexterity
- Repetitive hand motions
- Light repetitive lifting of up to 20lbs
