What are the responsibilities and job description for the Implementation Support Balance Entry Team position at Netchex?

Netchex is seeking an Implementation Support team member to join the Balance Entry Team. This position supports the implementation team in the conversion of new clients to Netchex. This position is responsible for accurately and timely loading Payroll Balance information received from clients into the Netchex platform. Implementation Support is also responsible for all aspects of the Netchex quality service model that new and existing clients expect at Netchex. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Company Setup - Accurately enters data including but not limited to: Payroll Balance Information and Occasionally building Earnings and Deduction Codes
  • Organizes and files documents and folders for Netchex clients.
  • Verifies data entered by other Netchex associates.
  • Assists other departments in the completion of projects based on client/business needs.
  • Establishes and maintains a positive working relationship with clients, agencies, and coworkers to promote a quality service image.
  • Assists with gathering pertinent information from Clients.
  • Performs other work-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in the payroll, financial and/or service industry.
  • Proficient/Above Average in Microsoft Excel with experience using VLookups and Pivot Tables
  • Proven facility in MS Office, data entry and office equipment (i.e. telephone, headset, 10-key or calculator, PC, FAX machine, photocopier, scanner)
  • Proven facility in customer service, and problem resolution.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, interpersonal and prioritization skills.
  • Accurate data entry abilities
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
