Contract through the end of the year. Potential for extension and/or conversion.
Hybrid role with 2 days per week on site in either of the following locations: Plano, TX, Seattle, WA, Hazelwood, MO, or Long Beach, CA.
Candidates must be local to either of those sites.
Prepares, develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes and maintains, integrated plans and schedules for proposals, projects, programs and major initiatives at all levels across functional value streams to meet program and/or project objectives. Tracks, plans, schedules and performs risk analysis for projects, programs and change activities throughout the lifecycle of a program. Performs studies/analysis and planning efforts, within and/or across programs/projects, organizations or business units to determine impacts, constraints and plans involving product development, production rates, process improvement, or program initiatives. Develops the Integrated Master Plan, Integrated Master Schedule and supporting elements, and drives program planning through the Enterprise Gated Process in support of Program requirements and objectives. Performs integration of program plans and schedules, horizontally and vertically, across company functional, product groups, suppliers and partners. Identifies, analyzes and reports schedule performance variances. Performs schedule-related risk and opportunity analyses and provides potential solutions to management. Works with customers to develop performance recovery plans and incorporates in relevant documentation where appropriate. Performs schedule, event and change impact analysis. Oversees implementation planning for change requirements and ensures commitment of stakeholders. Develops and posts planning, scheduling and change related metrics/reports. Maintains disciplined revision control of all planning/schedule baselines. In this role, the focus will be on Partnering with a variety of internal stakeholders and help develop roadmaps to emerging technologies from design to production in support of AvionX programs.
Position Responsibilities
· Develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains, an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or project requirements
· Produces metrics for plans and schedules for moderately complex projects, programs, and change activities across the lifecycle of a program
· Performs studies/analysis and planning efforts, within and/or across programs/projects, organizations or business units to determine impacts, constraints, and plans involving product development, production rates, production development activities, process improvement, or program initiatives
· Develops the Integrated Master Plan, schedule and supports change incorporation plans related to integrated scheduling products
· Performs integration of program plans and schedules, horizontally and vertically, across company functional, product groups, suppliers and partners of moderate complexity
· Identifies, analyzes and reports performance variances to management
· Works with customers to develop performance recovery plans and incorporates recovery plans where appropriate
· Provides training and mentoring to lower level employees
Required Skills / Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree or higher
· Minimum 8 years’ experience in a role requiring Project/Program Management Skills
· Minimum 8 years’ experience using Integrated Scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project, Open Plan Professional, Primavera, etc.

Pay: $60.00 - $80.00 per hour
