NetGain Technologies is looking for someone to own the experience for our end user onboarding process. The successful candidate will focus on developing PC deployment standards, creating client-specific PC deployment documentation, and setting up new PCs for our clients. You will be instrumental in enhancing the operational efficiency and effectiveness of our client's information technology systems.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement PC deployment standards to ensure consistent, high-quality deployment processes across all clients.
  • Create detailed, client-specific PC deployment documentation, providing step-by-step guidelines and procedures to ensure smooth transitions and minimal downtime.
  • Perform setup, installation, and configuration of new PCs for our clients, ensuring their IT environment is ready for optimal performance.
  • Work closely with our clients to understand their unique needs and tailor PC setups and deployment strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with our team to continuously improve our deployment methodologies, incorporating the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for PC deployment.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts for new user creation to streamline and improve the onboarding process for all clients.
Required Qualifications:
  • 2 Years of proven experience in IT service delivery, with a focus on PC deployment and user automation.
  • Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, PC systems, and automation scripting.
  • Strong documentation skills, with the ability to produce clear and detailed technical guides and reports.
  • Excellent knowledge of IT protocols, operating systems, and network architecture.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse group of clients and team members.
