What are the responsibilities and job description for the Email Communications Coordinator (NJUS) position at NetJets?
The Digital Coordinator will be responsible for ideating, building, and leveraging content through NetJets digital communication tools, primarily email marketing. The Coordinator will work with other digital coordinators and provide support for other channels, as needed. The Digital Coordinator will work closely with the creative team, associated NetJets IT Teams, and third-party partners to ensure all content is executed with a clear strategy and relevant tone in a timely manner for our target audiences. They will ensure all content is on brand, error free, and engaging.
- Content Creation: This position will support the email marketing team by creating and executing electronic communication campaigns for NetJets, Inc. This includes working closely with the team's Digital Media Specialist and creative team to build engaging emails and cloud pages for targeted audiences.
- Campaign Management: This role will create campaigns within the CRM for NetJets Inc. to track engagement of current and future clients. The coordinator will ensure campaigns are created with accuracy, built within the proper hierarchy, and monitored during and after activation. This will also include strong collaboration and communication with channel managers, the creative team, and Marketing team partners from across the business.
- Content Mapping: The coordinator will assist in the documentation of the email marketing team's activity to support the timeliness of all messages. This person will need to be extremely knowledgeable of all digital property content. This includes proactive outreach with the entire team, IT partners, and project management team.
- Ad-Hoc Content Projects: This role will support other efforts of the email marketing team, including actual execution as necessary. The coordinator will learn all functions of email marketing, including list creation, journey building, suppression lists, routing, and approvals, etc. The person in the role will be required to fully support all urgent communication needs.
