Purpose of Position
Executive Jet Management, a Berkshire Hathaway company, is seeking qualified Second in Command Pilot candidates for a Citation XLS and G200 multi-aircraft aircraft based in Cincinnati OH, LUK Airport. This account supported by full-time Maintenance Technicians flying part 91. The Second in Command (SIC) is responsible for performing all assigned duties involved in the safe and efficient conduct of flight assignments while providing a superior air transportation experience. Responsible to the Pilot in Command (PIC) for assigned trips.
Tasks and Responsibilities
* Performs pilot duties in accordance with the Company GOMM, FAA Regulations, Operations Specifications, Flight Manuals etc., and other instructions essential to duty. Responsible for assuring that the company's goals for safety, security and quality are met by continual compliance with the company Safety Management System (SMS) program and reporting instances of non-compliance or quality improvements through appropriate channels.
* Responsible for the post-flight of the aircraft interior, to include, but not limited to, removal of debris, and reporting any interior equipment discrepancies to the PIC.
* Arranges and obtains cabin items including catering required for a a flight. Provides the highest levels of customer service at all times.
* Coordinates all work schedules and schedule changes with the Regional Chief Pilot. Logs and reports all flight and duty times. Reports all commercial flying performed outside the Company to the Flight Operations Center for inclusion in Flight and Duty Time records.
* Maintains and completes all required training and record keeping. Maintains and provides the Flight Operations Training Department with a copy of his/her First Class Medical Certificate by the twentieth (20th) of the month due. Trains and qualifies for PIC standards which includes successful completion of full 61.58 or 135.293 and 135.297 training event, as applicable, during the established six-month intervals.

* Appropriate PIC Type Rating
* Must possess the following Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Other Requirements:
* Strong prioritizing and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple and high level priorities
* Proactive decision making skills
* Demonstrated experience upholding a service standard in a strict and changing regulatory environment
* Must be able to work varying hours including day and night; weekdays, weekends and holidays
* Must maintain First Class Medical Certificate
* Must possess valid State drivers license and passport
* Must be able to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects
