As a Project Coordinator at Netronix, you are an integral part of the end-to-end project lifecycle. You will work closely with Project Managers towards the achievement of projects being on schedule and profitable.
Project Coordinator - What you’ll do
- Create and share relevant documentation and reports with project teams
- Serve as point of contact for various working groups, internal departments, vendors, and customers
- Develop in-depth understanding of projects and timeframes
- Assist with resource management and project schedules
- Understand formal escalation and review processes
- Provide support to project managers when requested
- Send billing to our Accounting department based on percent completed on project
- Attend weekly in-house project meetings
- Create project submittals, site specific safety plans, tailgate safety, and closeout documentation
- Work with our Purchasing Department to coordinate parts getting ordered

Project Coordinator - What you’ll bring
- Level 3 high school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience/training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Publisher, Outlook, and Internet Explorer), Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Project, and NetSuite
- A drive for results and accountability to business needs
- Up to date knowledge of industry best practice
- Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
- Continuous attention and adherence to personal safety and the safety of those around you
