Responsibilities
Manage, coach, train, recognize and evaluate associates to foster a productive team environment
Build strong working relationships that balance the needs of our clients, associates and Netsmart
Address and effectively communicate client issues; escalate as appropriate
Assist with forecasting appropriate staffing based on incoming work logs
Understand and manage to relevant performance indicators including days in A/R, cash/net revenue, A/R aging, denials management, credit balances
Propose, execute and complete effective KPI improvement plans
Complete regular and ad hoc reporting as required
Ensureteam meetsproductivity andquality standardsandmaintainshealthyclient relationships
Qualifications
Required
High school diploma or GED
Atleast2yearsofcustomerservice work experience.
At least2 years of medical billing, cash posting, and charge entry experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel, Word and Outlook.
Working knowledge of the behavioral and/or post-acute healthcare industry
Preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
Call center work experience
Activemedical coding certification
People management experience including staffing decisions, coaching and developing associates and providing career development planning and opportunities
