Title Closer

Pioneer Title and Escrow Services is looking for a detail oriented experienced Title Closer and Processor for our Hobbs office location. Your core responsibilities will be to process files, contact clients and lenders, and close files as needed. Experience is a plus and salary requirements considered on an experience basis.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all required documentation reviewed and entered correctly into our system
• Accurate and complete Data Entry
• Reading real estate contracts
• Learn basic functions of software used by our company
• Meet all daily deadlines
• Basic skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook required.
• Demonstrated organizational and time management skills a must.
• Professional appearance and attitude

• Office Experience
