Position Description:
Network Runners, Inc is seeking an Operations Research Analyst – Data Analyst for the Environmental Protection Agency Office of Mission Support (ITSMD). The IT Security & Management Division (ITSMD) primarily manages information security and admission’s relative to the various IT systems and programs. ITSMD is responsible for ensuring the program officers i.e., OMS Information Management Officers, the Senior Information Officer, Information Security Officer, and Liaison Privacy Officers within their respective programs comply with Federal Security and EPA policies, procedures, and standards of operations as appropriate.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Formulate and apply mathematical modeling and other optimizing methods to develop and interpret information that assists management with decision making, policy formulation, or other managerial functions.
- Collect and analyze data and develop decision support software, service, or products.
- Develop and supply optimal time, cost, or logistics networks for program evaluation, review, or implementation.
- Prepare and draft a communication for data calls i.e., describe the data call language and instructions to ensure the recipients understand the actions, timelines, and guidance that must accomplish the results for each type of data call.
- Provide limited support to the analysis of the existing OMS investments and systems, as well as support the investment management and review process by analyzing the OMS IT/IM portfolio to identify strategic opportunities in support of Agency rationalization efforts and ensure investment information is current.
Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience.

- BA/BS or MA/MS degree.
