Duties also include analyzing database information for consistency, errors, and patterns using database analysis.
Educational & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Accounting, Statistics, related degree, or equivalent experience
- 0 to 2 years of on-the-job analytical experience
- U.S. Citizenship Required
- Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
- Must have or be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS clearance
- Efficient using Microsoft Excel
- Proficient in job-related Microsoft Office products
- Beginning experience in the research and collection of technical data (e.g., technical specifications, product data)
- Data Literacy: beginner competency in finding, manipulating, managing, and interpreting data, numbers, text, and images
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Exceptional prioritization, process, and communication skills
- Strong work ethic
- Must show initiative and have the ability to work on multiple tasks
- Must exhibit time management skills
- Ability to work independently to meet set goals and objectives
- Ability to work in a team environment and use available resources in meeting team deadlines
- Must be willing to quality check data records in accordance with established company processes and standards
- Use critical and systematic thinking for pattern recognition/discovery
- Analyze data using statistical tools and analytical methods
- Interpret data sets and identify relationships and insights
- Transform raw data and evaluate/test output for accuracy, validity, suitability and meaning
- Creativity, innovation and curiosity; a strong desire to learn and understand data, trends, and industry dynamics
- Basic knowledge of Oracle 19c or other RDBMS
- Basic knowledge of SQL queries, or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of Excel, such as VLookups, Charts, and Pivot Tables
- Analyze database information
- Conduct research via the Internet and through information within company library
- Analyze/Rationalize data from multiple sources
- Create status reports for management purposes
- Work with team members to complete set objectives
- Understand and demonstrate corporate core values
- Adhere to quality procedures defined in the company’s Quality Management System, which is consistent with ISO 9001:2015 standards and company goals
- Perform related duties to support production and delivery needs, as assigned
