What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Associate position at Neubus, Inc.?
Responsible for assisting in a variety of personnel related administrative tasks in a timely and accurate manner. Will also provide clerical support to the HR Department and employees regarding human resources related activities, policies, processes, and procedures.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY SUMMARY
- Assist with the Company’s recruiting efforts, including applicant forms, pre-employment screening, pre-interviews, background checks, etc.
- Assist with the new-hire onboarding, including computer access information, PCS2 training, issuing door badges, company/client property, photos, etc.
- Assist with the exit interviews and off-boarding process.
- Assist in preparing various standard HR reports.
- Assist in planning and executing company sponsored and holiday events.
- Proactively make suggestions with regards to HR efficiencies and office improvements.
- Answer frequently asked questions from employees relative to standard policies, benefits, etc.; refer more complex questions to appropriate HR staff or management.
- Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of HR and employee files and records.
- Audit ADP data and verify the up-keep of employee records, changes, additions, documents, etc.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
Required: High School Diploma or GED
Experience Required: Two (2) years of office experience in an HR Department.
Preferred: Working knowledge of ADP Workforce Now.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
