Neurobehavioral Center for Growth (NBCG) is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®) or BCBA-D® to strengthen its continually-growing team of multidisciplinary behavioral health providers in Northern Utah area to provide in-home and center based services for an established clientele base. Center based positions available.
NBCG provides high-quality behavior-analytic services to children with autism and their families in centers, the home, and the community. BCBAs at NBCG also emphasize caregiver training to promote generalization and expedite progress in communication, social skills, behaviors of concern, and a variety of other functional life skills.
BCBAs® enjoy working at NBCG because of the team-centric atmosphere, minimal administrative responsibilities (i.e. more focus on behavior-analytic responsibilities), small caseload sizes, clinical autonomy, free CEUs, competitive wages, and much more. Minimal drive time is required and our administrative team takes a huge burden off of BCBA's scheduling RBT's and clients as well as billing so that our BCBA's can focus on clinical care. We're growing rapidly with room for growth within our company.
