Behavior Analyst – BCBA
New Hampshire Intensive Treatment Services Program
The NeuroRestorative New Hampshire Intensive Treatment Services Program (NH-ITS) serves adults, 18 and over who demonstrate complex neurobehavioral challenges due to Acquired Brain Injury, Intellectual Disability, Autism Spectrum Disorder, neurogenic psychiatric disorders and other neurological diagnoses. The emphases of the program include functional skill acquisition, positive behavioral and other approaches to self-management, individualized treatment plan development, vocational skills training and community integration. The program is community based and provides evidence based interventions for the reduction of severe maladaptive behaviors including intensive neurobehavioral treatment, supported living supports, day programming, outpatient therapies, and respite opportunities in safe, comfortable residential settings.

Responsibilities and Settings:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop, implement and monitor functionally aligned behavior analysis service plans.
- Train team members and reinforce implementation of behavior plans.
- Create, train and implement overarching positive behavior support systems to enhance individual behavior plan effectiveness.
- Provide supervision and support for direct care staff enrolled in our internal Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) program.
- Program and support robust participant preferred community integration and vocational learning pursuits.
- Provide behavioral and other therapeutic services to program participants in 1:1 or small group settings.
- Participates in the crisis intervention/response system (on-call).
- Community home settings with access to wide ranging recreational and vocational opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in psychology or related field
- BACB board certification or BCBA eligible within 12 months of hire
- Experience working with special populations including staff training, assessment and program development and crisis management.
- Experience with high-intensity / high-risk problem behaviors
- Valid driver’s license, current registration, and insurance.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
