Job Description
This position will provide support to the Director of the department of Business and to the Business faculty. It will involve managing various components of the department's general administrative operations, as well as contributing to special projects.

Core Responsibilities:
- Administrative support to the Director of the Department of Business and to the Business faculty
- Calendar management, meetings, and event coordination
- Data management
- Assigned special projects
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be in good academic standing and maintain a GPA of 2.0 or higher
- Must be enrolled as a degree seeking student with a minimum of 6 credits in the current or upcoming semester at NSC.
- Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship (NSC does not sponsor employment-related visas).
- Strong organizational skills, an attention to detail, and the ability to multitask
- Ability to work with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Strong writing and information research skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Majoring in Business
- Completion of at least 60 credit hours towards degree
- Experience creating/editing program support materials
- Experience coordinating meetings and events
- Experience creating/managing social media accounts
Work Hours:
Student employees can work up to 19.5 hours per week.
Hourly Rate:
$10.50 per hour
