Job Overview

We are looking for a Board Certified Endodontist (1099) to partner with! The ideal candidate will have compassionate chairside manner and provide high quality patient care.


Requirements (Education, Certifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):

  • Doctoral degree from an accredited school of dentistry
  • Endodontist Certificate from an accredited U.S. Dental University
  • AL State Dental License
  • DEA Certificate
  • NPI Number
