Assist customers with a Loaner Vehicle.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Maintain and adhere to Loaner policies and procedures.
- Exhibit ethical behavior, provides the highest degree of customer satisfaction, and be honest in all aspects of dealing with customers.
- Ask all Customers for Identification and Insurance information.
- Perform “Walk Around” inspection with customer present before giving keys to customers and returning vehicles as well.
- Maintain files in a timely manner.
