Description
This position is responsible processing wholesome quality ingredients through the continuous improvement and execution of ingredients inspection, handling, and preparation.
Shifts Available:
- Sunday to Friday: 6:00am - 2:00pm
- Sunday to Thursday: 2:00pm - 10:00pm (must be available to work Saturdays as needed)

Requirements
- Must be able to speak, read, write and know basic math.
- Understand and follow Company Policies, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Food Safety, Allergen Program and Sanitation Procedures (SSOP’s)
- Knowledge of using and handling measuring tools, understands measuring metrics.
- Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment and around loud moving machinery.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly. Any containers, bag or item that weights more than 50 lbs must be lifted in teams of 2 and /or using helping aids such as carts or forklifts (trained personnel only)
- Must be able to perform repetitive tasks such as stand, walk, bend, lift, kneel, crouch, reach, stoop, squat, climb stairs throughout the shift.
- Must be able to work in cold, wet, and/or humid areas (30-40 Fahrenheit degrees) and resist strong food odor such as onions.
