The Project Coordinator role is a pivotal part of Development Department of USA Clinics Group. Several of our projects run simultaneously and require a significant amount of coordination to be successful. As an Project Coordinator you will interact frequently with other leads of the team, landlords, vendors, and General Contractors to complete a project.
Responsibilities
Project accounting, budgeting, and cost management
Managing third-party relationships
Preparing and managing project bid packages
Preparing and administering third-party agreements
Coordinate all vendor products to make on site for the set-up team
Coordinate all supplies to make it on site for the set-up team
Preparing and maintaining project reports and logs
Developing and maintaining project schedules
Preparing CO and Occupancy applications
Preparing business license applications
Coordinating project close-out activities
Promoting continuous and productive communication between project participants
Traveling with the set-up team to support in the process of setting a new location
Traveling to oversee progress in construction prior to set up team
