IMMEDIATE OPENINGS!!!!!! Seeking Full Time and part time QMHP-Adult or QMHP-Child working directly with adults or children/adolescents in their home or community settings to assist them through goals identified off of their Individualized Service Plans. Interested applicants must have at least Bachelors Degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Sociology, Special Education or a Human Services related field and a year of professional experience working with children or adults.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Ø Act in a professional and courteous manner at all times while performing the duties of in-home counselor
Ø Provide primary service in client’s home (90%) of the time and all rendered services as identified on the client Individualized Service Plans.
Ø Work with clients to foster the development of new improved coping, problem solving, and communication skills, case management, etc. and any goals as directly related to the client individualized service plan.
Ø Collaborate with client, family members and references in developing interventions goals and service plans. Submit daily progress notes by the mandated deadline, submit accountability sheets, and audit their client files.
Ø Educate client and family members regarding existing community services, and act as an advocate in connecting the client and family members to these services.
Ø Respond to calls on "client/family crisis," on a 24-hour, seven days a week basis.
Ø Participate in clinical supervision sessions on a weekly basis.
Ø Participate in administrative supervisions as required
Ø Conduct or participate in case reviews and staffing as required.
Ø Provide a range of clinical, concrete and advocacy services to clients and their families that are consistent with family values, learning styles, lifestyle, circumstances and culture.
Ø Provide back up for other counselors as needed
Ø Comply with all company standards of practice as outlined in the NDCOS Employee Handbook

Work Remotely

  • Temporarily due to COVID-19

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 50 per week
