We are looking for a Leasing Consultant to join our team and help us manage our rental properties. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to effectively communicate with prospective tenants, and have an in-depth knowledge of the rental market. The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for responding to inquiries, showing available units, and helping tenants through the leasing process. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to join a dynamic team and make an impact on our business.

Responsibilities:

• Greet prospective tenants and provide tours of the property.
• Provide information to prospective tenants regarding rental rates, availability, and amenities.
• Process rental applications and complete background checks on potential tenants.
• Negotiate leases with tenants and ensure that all paperwork is properly completed and signed.
• Maintain accurate records of all leases and tenant information.
• Handle tenant complaints in a timely manner.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
