New Earth USA is a growing waste solutions company that transforms waste treatment and conversion challenges into integrated, state-of-the-art solutions with practical applications for industrial and municipal customers. We are currently seeking a full time Operations Supervisor to add to our team of professionals. This Operations Supervisor position will report directly to the on-site Project Manager.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversight of specified project operations (this may include land application, dredging, excavation, trucking or other operations)
- Management, training and supervision of production level employees
- Management and oversight of company equipment and vehicles
- Management and execution of company goals
- Fulfillment of project reporting and monitoring requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2 years of management experience
- Significant experience managing operations involving heavy equipment, commercial trucking and/or agricultural production
- Must be able to effectively communicate with clients, customers and stakeholders
- Must have a reasonably high degree of mechanical aptitude
- Highly motivated with strong time management, organization, and communication skills.
- Willing to travel 10% for training, assistance with project start-ups, etc.
- Willing to work overtime as required to fulfill the responsibilities and duties of the position
- Must live within 30 minutes of Monticello, MS
- Must be willing and able to perform physically demanding tasks in extreme weather conditions

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
