What are the responsibilities and job description for the Admissions Support Specialist position at New Edge Associates Inc?
SUMMARY
Work with Director of Admissions to maximize the admissions process through implementation of compliant policies, duties, and procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understand functions and workflow of CRM platform and SIS ensuring the proper and timely implementation of recruitment strategies using metrics to demonstrate success.
- Remain current in product upgrades and improvements, providing recommendations and leading enhancement efforts.
- Provide initial in-depth training and ongoing training regarding CRM use to Admissions staff.
- Resource and technical support for day-to-day challenges experienced by Enrollment Team with CRM and Student Management System.
- Perform regular data maintenance to ensure accuracy of database(s). Support DOA in the following:
- Daily – Rejected Leads, Speed to Contact, Missed Calls, Daily Enrollments
- Weekly- Call Auditing, Interview Observations
- Check on leads and enrollments to make sure admissions reps are properly inputting information into systems (SIS and CRM) (Daily Auditing)
- Supports DOA in auditing Admissions Representative’s phone calls, interviews, and lead management practices.
- Quality control for the admissions process and assist the Director of Admissions with analysis of secret shoppers, internal audits, external audits, and any compliance related topics.
- Coordinate product knowledge training, exams, and continuing education
- Assist the Director of Admissions in distributing meeting and training agendas, updating manuals, and metrics information for internal meetings.
- Take minutes for all admissions meetings.
- Attend any mandatory meetings and training seminars designated by the Director of Admissions
- Participate in open houses, orientations, graduations, and similar activities as directed by senior managers.
- Assist the Director of Admissions in creating policies, procedures and guidelines for the admissions department.
- Use sound judgment and knowledge of the department and operations to respond to routine questions.
- Maintain inventory of admissions materials
- Coordinate with DOA to provide coverage between the campuses throughout the week. Cover absences of Admissions Reps and Vacation Time as requested.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $47,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
