Available schedules 8:00am to 4:30pm, 8:30am to 5:00pm, 9:00am to 5:30pm and they have 9:30am to 6:00pm
Responsibilities for this position include:
- Understand and carry out senior management’s (Group Sales Executive, Market Sales Executive and Market Credit Executive) sales objective(s) within their respective marketplace / territory
- Stay current with national, regional, and local industry trends
- In partnership with the Branch Manager, you will coach staff to identify business opportunities and empower them to deliver superior customer service by running regular sales focus sessions
- Lead and/or participate in new business development initiatives targeting existing and prospective clients located in Southeast Houston, Baytown, Channel View, Ship Channel industrial areas
- Focusing on deposits and loan production, fee income generation
- Managing a portfolio of business relationships and serves as the primary contact for borrowing needs
- Engaging bank partners to help provide business services to meet the customers full range of needs
- Representing the Bank in various civic and community functions to enhance the Bank's image while developing additional relationships
- Utilizes bank contact management system to retain prospective client names and records, standard bank templates (such as term sheet template)
- Acquires and develops small and mid-sized business customer relationships by proactively developing business and community relationships

Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour
