Available Position: Sales/Marketing Manager

Salary range: $60 -$75K annually

Office Location: Boston Massachusetts (this is a hybrid position and must have reliable transportation.)


Responsibilities: 


This position requires an ability to manage, develop, and expand the existing marketing plan, and oversee the execution of all marketing and PR activities as well as sales. We are looking for a marketing/sales professional who will review and expand upon our existing marketing plan and develop new strategies to reach key customer markets. This involves a combination of experience in running digital marketing campaigns, in-person networking/presentations, and marketing data analysis.


This position also assists in our sales efforts by discussing with potential clients about their project scopes/sizes and determines projects that are right fits for us. He/she is responsible for scheduling in-person design consultation. From time to time, he/she also goes out and meets potential clients for in-person consultation and assists in closing out sales (no architectural/construction knowledge is required; willingness to learn is a plus.) 


The ideal candidate will be flexible, willing, and willing to be instrumental in shaping and communicating our vision and mission to potential customers around greater Boston. It is a great opportunity for an individual who wants to create a positive impact to the company from both Marketing and Sales ends and enjoys interacting with people daily to assist in their remodeling dreams.

Qualifications and Education Requirements: 

  • 3 years of experience in Brand Marketing, ideally in the Architecture/Construction industry
  • 3 years managing a small marketing team.
  • Degree in marketing or a related field is a plus.
  • Degree and/or experience in the hospitality industry is a huge plus. 
  • Must have a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.

Required Skills: 

  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Experienced/comfortable interacting (potential) clients daily 
  • Ability to manage and allocate marketing budget across all activities in the department.
  • Experienced creating/reviewing ad proofs both for print magazines and digital campaigns.
  • Experienced creating and managing digital marketing campaigns in both Meta and Google 
  • Comfortable attending networking and sponsored events with media outlets and trade partners 
  • Proven ability to analyze marketing data, identifying KPI's, and make recommendations to executives based on the findings. 
  • Comfortable managing a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors activities.
  • Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind.
  • Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers
  • Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
  • Willingness to learn new systems.
