Job Description
This can be worked from our office in South Burlington, VT or Waterbury, VT.
Specific duties include : Receives for retention,and retrieves confidential records from all offices. Assists the supervisor in managing receipt, storage, and retrieval of records.
Adheres to data retention procedures and works accurately and efficiently with business lines in the destruction of company records.
Microfilms documents and records of the organization. Enters data of various records received from branch offices to the automated records retention system.
Maintains the accuracy and integrity of the client portfolio files. This includes reviewing and adjusting new account entries and account revision work done by Customer Service Reps.
Scan all Central file sheets, change of address documents, automatic transfers, overdraft protection documents, W9 verifications, client picture identification, and account maintenance forms.
Provide support to employees of the company by answering questions on portfolio or account information.Check file maintenance reports and make necessary changes.
Enter automatic transfer and overdraft protection documents.Qualifications : Previous experience with Microsoft Office required.
Solid attention to detail and accuracy skills.Ability to working independently.E.O.E.
