Requirements
Office Assistant
We are looking for an energetic, focused, hard-working individual to perform clerical and administrative work for the day-to-day operations of our Finance Department. Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite. We are open to a flexible work schedule between 30 and 40 hours a week during normal business hours. This is a great opportunity for an individual interested in starting a career in Finance.
As an Office Assistant your PRIMARY DUTIES include but are not limited to:
- Welcome visitors to the office.
- Manage incoming calls and voicemails, research when necessary, and routing to the correct team member.
- Process, sort, and route incoming and outgoing mail.
- Prepare checks for the payments team to scan to the bank.
- Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies; order and distribute office supplies as necessary
- Receive and coordinate office deliveries.
- Audit and submit company expense reports.
- Work with the property manager on any issues with the office.
- Other miscellaneous duties and tasks to support the daily operations of the Team

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, proportions, percentages, area, and volume.
Computer Skills: Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, and Word. Internet software
