Role Overview:

As a Video Social Media Content Creator, you will play a pivotal role in producing captivating video content that resonates with our target audience and drives engagement across our social media platforms. You will leverage your expertise in videography and editing to bring our brand to life through dynamic and informative videos that showcase our services, client testimonials, and success stories.

Responsibilities:

1. Video Production: Conceptualize, plan, and execute video shoots both in our offices and on location. Capture high-quality footage that highlights our firm's values, expertise, and commitment to serving the Hispanic community. Use professional equipment and techniques to ensure visually stunning and engaging content.

2. Storytelling: Develop compelling narratives and story arcs that effectively communicate our brand message and resonate with our audience. Craft scripts, interview questions, and shot lists to guide the production process and convey key information in a clear and impactful manner.

3. Editing and Post-Production: Edit raw footage into polished, professional-quality videos that align with our brand aesthetic and style guidelines. Incorporate graphics, animations, music, and other visual elements to enhance the storytelling and captivate viewers' attention. Ensure a seamless and cohesive flow from start to finish.

4. Content Strategy: Collaborate with our marketing team to develop a comprehensive video content strategy aligned with our firm's goals and objectives. Identify opportunities for video content creation based on current trends, industry developments, and client needs. Maintain a content calendar and production schedule to ensure timely delivery of videos.

5. Community Engagement: Promote our videos across social media platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Monitor audience engagement, respond to comments and messages, and foster meaningful interactions with our followers to build brand loyalty and drive engagement.

Ideal Candidate:

 - Previous experience in video production, with a strong portfolio showcasing your videography and editing skills.
- Proficiency in using professional video equipment, editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro), and post-production techniques.
- Creative storytelling abilities and a keen eye for visual composition, lighting, and framing.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
- Passion for social media and a deep understanding of current trends, best practices, and platform algorithms.
- Ability to work efficiently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Flexibility to work onsite at both our Phoenix and Glendale offices as needed.

Bonus Skills:

- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and strategies for optimizing video content for search visibility.
- Experience with motion graphics, animation, or other advanced video editing techniques.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to track and analyze video performance metrics.
