New Glarus Home is seeking an individual Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse. Are you passionate about improving the quality of life for seniors? This skilled nursing position earns $39.00 at the RN level and $31.00 at the LPN level based on experience with shift differentials offered for evenings, nights, and weekends.
We offer the following:
- $6,000 sign on bonus
- We have a AM/PM Shift available! Work 7:00 am - 7:30 pm - 6 days a pay period! Work every 3rd weekend
- We have AM or PM 8 hours shifts with overtime after 8 hours in a day.

Who are we? The New Glarus Home opened in 1966 as a nonprofit, federal and state licensed, 87 bed skilled nursing facility. We are looking to add an individual to our team that has strong communication skills, has the strong capacity for caring, empathy, as well as patient and detail oriented.
The primary purpose of the Registered Nurse is to oversee care for all residents in accordance with all current Federal, State, and Local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern our facility to ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
