We’re hiring a full-time Project Manager for our Executive Division.

As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and facilitating projects that contribute to our mission. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Working with project owners to review business cases before they are submitted to the Technology Governance Committee (TGC).
  • Collaborating with sponsors and subject matter experts to complete project charters, defining purpose, scope, objectives, team members, etc. for proposed projects.
  • Promoting transparent communication among team members to facilitate effective communication, team decision-making, and conflict resolution within project teams.
  • Applying project management methodologies (ex. waterfall, agile, hybrid), training staff as needed, and gaining adoption to adhere to the standard methods to achieve efficient project management outcomes.
  • Working with project team to maintain successful health of the project by addressing issues such as scope creep and/or high-risk issues that may result in changes to scope or timelines.

Your experience, skills, and education should include:

  • Formal project management training or willingness to obtain.
  • Knowledge of project management tools & technology.
  • Experience leading projects from planning to implementation including off the shelf and software related projects.
  • Ability to give instruction and lead teams using an open/collaborative communication style.
  • Education: At least nine years relevant work experience, Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
  • During the training period, work will be in the office. Intermittent remote work available after that time.
