Position Summary:
As the Terre Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you will be at the forefront of managing our company’s expansive online presence across multiple channels. Your primary role will involve overseeing our digital marketplaces and e-commerce platforms to ensure a cohesive and impactful online footprint. Beyond this, you will lend your expertise to various business functions within sales and marketing. Essential Function:
· E-Commerce Management: Oversees the creation, maintenance, and optimization of product listings across all digital platforms, ensuring they are reflective of our brand and customer needs.
· Sales Channel Expansion: Actively research, evaluate, and advise new e-commerce channels to broaden market reach and increase sales opportunities, while ensuring alignment with the company’s overall objectives.
· Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Determine a framework for ongoing evaluation of e-commerce processes and performance metrics to provide recommendations for improvements. Foster a culture of innovation, leveraging data to drive decision-making and growth.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Contribute to operational enhancements and efficiency improvements across the company by ensuring e-commerce strategies are fully integrated with sales, marketing, and customer service efforts. Promote a unified approach to achieving business goals.
· Business Support: Extend your expertise beyond e-commerce by contributing to operational enhancements and efficiency improvements across the company as needed.

Education and Experience:
· Required: Experience leading e-commerce initiatives and teams, with a solid understanding of digital sales platforms.
· Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field,
Supervisory Responsibility:
This position does not have direct reports but works closely under the guidance of the Director of Product Management. Collaborates extensively with sales, marketing, and shipping teams.
Work Environment:
This role is primarily office-based, utilizing standard office equipment. Occasional visits to manufacturing areas may be required, necessitating the use of personal protective equipment.
Physical Demands:
Require the ability to communicate effectively, operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, and move around the office space.
Position Type / Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. Flexibility for occasional evening and weekend work is expected based on business needs.
