Our breakfast team makes a memorable breakfast experience for every guest, every day, every time.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Sets up and maintains our breakfast offerings while providing friendly, personalized service to all guests which includes food and beverage preparation, cleaning and clearing serving and dining areas as needed, and warm, sincere communication with hotel guests.
- Cleans and resets our breakfast dining, serving, and preparation areas to Holiday Inn Express standards which includes cleaning, disinfecting, and sanitizing steps to ensure hotel guest health and safety.
- Routinely inventories food, beverage and supplies to ensure quality and quantity needs are provided for every guests’ breakfast every time.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Exceedingly friendly and hospitable.
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests regarding breakfast offerings as well as basic hotel and community information
- Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Motivated and posses a cheerful disposition to achieve excellent customer service
- Available to work weekends as needed
