Job description for a Social Worker in Queens

New Horizon Counseling Center, a thriving behavioral health agency, is seeking licensed Social Workers for its adult home in Queens. Fee-for-service social worker positions are available.
We are seeking LMSW (Licensed Master Social Workers) and LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselors) with experience working with adults. Must possess a strong clinical base and experience. Individuals must have excellent clinical, communication, documentation and organizational skills.
Responsibilities include:
- Completing screening and intake assessments.
- Conducting individual, family and group psychotherapy (as needed) that is focused and goal oriented as clinically determined.
- Development of treatment plans.
- Crisis intervention.
- Formulating discharge plans.
Bilingual (Spanish) is a PLUS
