Assistant Director
As our Assistant Director you will be responsible for ensuring that exceptional service is provided for all residents/clients.
Assistant Director responsibilities include:
- Managing and developing a team
- Assisting with scheduling front of house staff
- Ensuring timely and quality service
- Assist with maintaining dining room appearance
- Assist with hiring
- Assist with holding staff to standards
Minimum Qualifications:
- Prior serving experience preferred
- Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
