Instructional Aide – One to One Aide
PURPOSE: This position is a highly visible one. The Instructional Aide - provides support to the instructional program with specific responsibility for assisting in the supervision, care and instruction of special needs students in the regular classroom or in a self-contained classroom; assisting and implementing plans for instruction; monitoring behavior; and providing information to appropriated school personnel.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: This is a 10-month full-time position that is annually renewable in accordance to NHCCS approved policies and procedures. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as duties demand.
COMPENSATION: Salary recommended by the Chief School Administrator and established by the Board of Trustees.
EVALUATION: Performance of this job will be evaluated annually by the Chief School Administrator or designee in accordance with the provisions of the Board’s policy.
