- Recruit Students
- Build and manage ongoing partner relationships
- Mix up the work week by attending day-time events, including career days, trade shows, local school events and events at the learning center.
- Develop presentations, generate new business and meet with prospects.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the products, programs, certifications, and classes available to prospective students.
- Ensure the prospect database is managed in accordance with department standards.
- Develop social media activities and campaigns as well as company initiatives, which may include video clips, photos, and surveys.

JOB SUMMARY:
Advise current and prospective Career Development Solutions students regarding vocational education courses and programs that will enhance their future employment opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with funding sources and partners in designated territory.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
· Recruit Students
· Meet minimum educational and metric standards set by Department Head. Phone calls, Emails and meetings.
· Provide expert consultation to individuals that provide a training solution consistent with the need for established or desired career goals.
· Assess each individual’s education, work history, viability of career goals, and provide possible solutions through training program offerings.
· Ensure accurate enrollment process, facilitate assessment exams, ensure students complete applications, create registration documents and send documents to potential students for enrollment.
· Create class schedules and gather all required documents from students and funding sources.
· Meet with funding sources and partners to introduce programs while showcasing training solutions for clients of funding partners.
· Develop presentations to provide partners at events.
· Market our school through the scheduling and/or attending trade shows, local school events.
· Possess a complete and ongoing understanding of the products, programs, certifications, and classes available to prospective students.
· Manage the prospect database following established protocol relative to follow-up calls, prospect status, and account ownership.
· All other tasks assigned by supervisor
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
· Analytical ability to identify career training needs and offer solutions to current and prospective consumers.
· Demonstrable consultive sales experience and exceptional customer service skills required.
· Experience working with government agencies and/or municipalities.
· Extraordinary knowledge of products, programs and certifications offered by Career Development Solutions.
· Possess strong competency with various computer software programs necessary to accomplish the administrative tasks required in position.
· Ability to travel within designated territory to attend job and career fairs, meet with clients and potential clients, as well as vendor partners.
· Must possess reliable transportation to travel within assigned territory. Ability to pay for expenses and company will reimburse employee.
· Valid Driver’s License with appropriate Insurance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $64,480.00 - $70,000.00 per year
