As an MHC Case Manger your responsibilities will include:
- Assess clients being referred to 19th Judicial Circuit Mental Health Court Project.
- Provide substance abuse outreach services.
- Coordinate with other New Horizons staff to assist clients within Mental Health Court to access needed services including mental health and substance abuse services.
- Provide assistance to clients for the purpose of accessing needed services
- Participates in administrative committees and meetings, clinical training, staff development and community relation activities.
New Horizons will need you to have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college with a major in the field of counseling, social work, psychology, nursing, rehabilitation, special education, health education, or a related human services field.
