We are looking to hire a few new friendly, committed, & energetic front desk agents for our beautiful water-front resort in Indian Rocks Beach, FL. Our front desk agents are responsible for checking hotel guests in and out of their rooms for ensuring that every guest has an enjoyable experience during their stay.

Attention to detail is a must and our ideal candidate is organized, friendly, and a natural "people person" with positive energy and an ability to think on their feet and problem solve.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Greeting and checking guests in at the front desk
  • Booking reservations over the phone and via email
  • Fielding general hotel inquiries by phone and email
  • Reconciling and closing guest accounts at checkout
  • Assisting managers with daily hotel operations
  • Assigning rooms appropriately based on a familiarity with property layout
  • Accommodating guest requests
  • Interfacing with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction (housekeeping, maintenance, restaurant, etc.)
  • Other front desk duties as assigned

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
