As an experienced real estate construction firm, we understand the building from the ground-up and are committed to maintaining the highest standards of excellence in the physical upkeep and maintenance of our properties.

New Land Capital is seeking to fill an immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the professional team to manage property financials, encompassing budgeting, forecasting, and rigorous variance analysis.
  • Track property expenses meticulously, conduct thorough reviews of invoices, and maintain precise accounts payable and receivable records.
  • Implement and streamline rent collection processes, promptly addressing any delinquencies or late payments in compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including detailed profit and loss statements, for presentation to senior management.
  • Exercise prudent budget management, identifying avenues for cost reduction while preserving service quality.
  • Collaborate on the development of annual budgets and propose strategic approaches for optimizing costs.

Qualifications:

  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and adept at thriving within a collaborative team environment.
  • Demonstrated capability to effectively manage multiple projects and tasks with minimal supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $71,797.12 per year
