The Digital Marketing Specialist assists in maintaining and managing the company's digital marketing properties, digital marketing campaigns, and analytics. The Digital Marketing Specialist assists in analyzing market data to help shape future marketing strategies, creates reports on the growth and analytics of campaigns, and works with outside vendors to supplement the work as needed.

  • Leads in planning and executing web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email campaigns, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Leads in measuring and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns and presents optimization recommendations against department and company goals.
  • Maintains, manages, and optimizes company digital marketing properties including website, customer portal, mobile application, and CRM.
  • Evaluates end-to-end user and customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

  • Assists dealers and sales team with requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manages and maintains the company's customer databases and presents optimization recommendations for the same.
  • Assists in the daily management of company's Salesforce account.
  • Compiles value added data in an organized, easy-to-read format.
  • Monitors website traffic and behavior through Google Analytics and Hotjar, while identifying areas for improvement.
  • Manages small portfolio of third-party vendors.
  • Assists with other organization projects and events on an as-needed basis.

Requirements

Qualifications and Essential Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or related field, and a minimum of two (2) to three (3) years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts, and drawing valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram forms and dealing with several abstract and concrete variables.
  • Computer skills including MS Office products, Salesforce and other software tools appropriate for the position.
  • Ability to compose advertising, reports, business correspondence, procedure manuals, and other various marketing communications.
  • An awesome communicator that can effectively give presentations and create supporting visual tools to enhance messaging.
  • Ability to effectively respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
  • Experience with HubSpot is desired.

The noise level in the office work environment is usually quiet. Employee may be exposed to shop environment while distributing documents to shop area. When on shop floor, employee will be required to wear safety glasses at all times, steel-toed footwear and ear protection when job demands presence in areas outside safety zones, and gloves when handling material.
