Your Role:
We are looking for an On-Call Banquet Bartender who brings professionalism and a friendly demeanor to our events. Your role is key in making our banquets memorable through excellent drink service and a well-maintained bar environment.

Reports to

Director of Catering

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange banquet tables according to event specifications, ensuring a welcoming setting.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic beverages with consistency and skill.
  • Keep the bar area clean and well-stocked throughout events.
  • Provide drinks for wait staff service or directly to guests as required.
  • Assist occasionally with serving food and clearing dishes during events.
  • Ensure the bar is equipped with necessary tools and supplies for efficient operation.
  • Have a good knowledge of a wide range of drink recipes and preparation methods.

Qualifications:

  • Preferably 1 year of experience in bartending.
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50lbs.
  • Flexibility to work on-call as needed for events.

Job Type:

  • Part-time position with a flexible schedule.
